You'll need to be proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent written communication skills and a sales-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service through social media channels, providing solutions and identifying sales opportunities
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills

- Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
- Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
