As a Bilingual Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, providing personalized support and resolving complex account questions via phone, email, and online chat. What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers
  • Resolve complex account questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
  • Personalize the customer experience, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving business growth and success

What You'll Need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred)
  • Ability to work from home with a focus space and limited distractions
  • High-speed Internet service and proficiency in MS Office and internal programs
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Confidence, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)
