Job Description:
As a Bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert customer support and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service and issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center, with a focus on handling complex inquiries and escalations
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
