Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Craft high-quality beverages, following recipes and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with our store team to drive sales, control costs, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions, and make recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, and adhere to our store's operating policies and standards.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required - we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
