About the Role:

Work Schedule and Environment:

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You will work in a hybrid environment, with a combination of on-site and remote work. On-site work will be at our Morrow business center location, while remote work will be from the comfort of your own home. You will also be required to travel locally to multiple site locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state driver's license, clean driving record, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of Medical Assistant experience in a 'back office' or direct patient care setting
  • An active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification
  • Active phlebotomy certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Hands-on professional phlebotomy experience
  • Active BLS certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Outlook
  • Ability to travel locally to multiple site locations
