Job Summary: As an Assistant Vice President, Business Intelligence Process (L10), you will play a critical role in supporting Business Intelligence & Reporting (BI&R) process requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Your expertise will help us enhance reporting intake processes, inventory management, and risk control measures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for BI&R processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders
  • Facilitate monthly reporting inventory processes, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of evidence
  • Coordinate annual process risk controls, following up with stakeholders to ensure completion and documentation of evidence
  • Execute risk-based random sampling to oversee procedural controls and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Support report testing and execution, writing and executing communications and training materials, and administering SharePoint
  • Manage projects to execute process improvements and change management implementation
  • Provide ad-hoc data and analytics support, performing special assignments and other duties as required

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or equivalent processes
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk assessment and management for data, reporting, or equivalent processes
  • Knowledge of BI and project management tools and practices, with high proficiency in MS-Excel, PPT, and Word
  • Ability to manage complexity, deliver measurable results, and work in a matrix organization

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Exposure to internal audit or process governance teams and vendors
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Good understanding of reporting and risk management processes in the financial services industry
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria: Degree in Commerce, Science, Arts, Economics, Engineering, or any equivalent stream with 4+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of specified degree.

Work Arrangements: This role offers Enhanced Flexibility and Choice, with the option to work from home. You will be required to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally) for meetings with India and US teams.
