Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing or Product, with a focus on customer-facing security
- Deep expertise in email marketing, particularly in creating trigger-based communications using data
- Strong understanding of A/B or multi-variate testing and marketing analytics
- Experience owning performance KPIs for a channel or product
- Solid understanding of customer data and segmentation
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder (or similar email marketing platforms)
