Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing and potential members to promote health insurance products and services
• Utilize strong sales skills to convert calls into sales, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and federal laws and regulations
• Presentation of offers, overcoming objections, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and answer questions
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including pricing, benefits, and upsells, to effectively communicate with members
• Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each contact with members, ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be required based on individual projects or locations
• Active and current Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license required
• Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or office setting experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to express assurance, confidence, and empathy
• Ability to multi-task, understand complex Medicare programs, and explain them clearly and objectively to callers
• Proficiency in internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation and customer engagement soft skills
