In this exciting remote role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and awareness of Apple's products and services within the business community. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how Apple technology can transform their operations and achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do:
- Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, engaging them through targeted outreach, briefings, and workshops. You'll conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand their business challenges, technology requirements, and strategic objectives. This involves actively listening to their concerns and identifying opportunities where Apple solutions can provide a tangible competitive advantage.
- Solution Development & Presentation: Leveraging your deep understanding of Apple's product ecosystem and industry trends, you will develop tailored solutions that address client needs. You'll create compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the value proposition of Apple hardware, software, and services. This includes articulating how Apple can improve productivity, enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
- Relationship Management & Pipeline Development: You will build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. You'll manage your client pipeline effectively, ensuring that opportunities are tracked, prioritized, and moved through the sales cycle. Utilizing CRM tools, you'll maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Strategic Account Planning: You will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of Apple solutions across the client organization. This involves identifying key stakeholders, defining clear objectives, and outlining specific actions to achieve desired outcomes. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support.
- Industry Expertise & Market Awareness: You will stay abreast of the latest technology trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape. You'll share your insights with clients, positioning Apple as a thought leader and trusted partner. You'll contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support the Apple Hidden Job Campaign.
- Collaboration & Internal Advocacy: You will collaborate closely with Apple Store associates and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You'll advocate for client needs and provide valuable feedback to improve Apple's offerings and services. You'll participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Sales Execution & Closing: You will actively pursue sales opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals. You'll ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all sales documentation.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience & Expertise: A minimum of three years of proven success in technology sales, business development, or account management. Experience selling to business clients is highly desirable.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Demonstrated ability to adopt a consultative, solution-based approach to client interactions. You're adept at uncovering underlying needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Apple Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Apple's product ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services. You're passionate about Apple and its ability to transform businesses.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You're a skilled listener and negotiator, able to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. You're comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including financial analysis, market trends, and competitive dynamics. You can effectively communicate the business value of Apple solutions.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You're resilient, resourceful, and able to overcome challenges.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You're motivated to achieve results and exceed expectations.
