Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity & Accuracy: Maintain the highest standards of data quality by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data sources related to customer interactions, support tickets, and operational metrics.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making for customer support optimization. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to data collection, processing, and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Validation & Reconciliation: Conduct regular data validation exercises to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Customer Support Workflow Enhancement: Analyze customer support data to identify areas for improvement in support workflows, agent training, and knowledge base content. Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support for data-related systems and tools used by the customer support team. Troubleshoot data issues and work with IT to resolve technical problems.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with team members, support managers, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures. Ensure data is handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Forecasting and Predictive Analysis: Utilize data to forecast support volume, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address customer needs.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation to ensure data understanding and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct complex data analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, or other data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data management principles and practices. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about data and its role in supporting business objectives.
- Data Visualization: Experience creating compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. CA/MBA preferred.
