Apple Innovation Advocate - Remote Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Expertise: You are a natural communicator and adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. You excel at building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into tailored Apple solutions. You possess a deep understanding of Apple's hardware, software, and services, and are confident in demonstrating their value. You are comfortable handling complex inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance.

Sales & Solution Selling: You are a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong sales aptitude. You identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive sales of Apple products and services. You are skilled at presenting compelling solutions that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations. You effectively navigate the sales process, from initial contact to successful closure.

Relationship Building & Collaboration: You are a collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. You actively participate in team discussions, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment. You effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications and technology industry
  • Experience as an Account Manager for a mobile carrier or telecommunications provider is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of market trends, customer segmentation, and business strategies
  • Experience with all aspects of account management, from daily engagement to strategic planning
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and collaborate effectively across the customer organization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and experience working within a matrix organization is beneficial
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
