Job Summary:
As an IT Analyst, you'll perform activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating, or supporting existing and planned IT products and processes. You'll work under the general direction of experienced personnel, expanding and applying your knowledge of customer processes to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes (65%)
- Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge to drive growth and improvement (15%)
- Organize own activities for short-term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and report on status (10%)
- Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned roles and training (5%)
- Ensure adherence to standards and utilize best practices to improve products and services (5%)
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong foundation in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to understand and communicate customer issues, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, you'll be a strong candidate for this role
- Experience planning and coordinating large team events, or managing contracts, invoices, and expenses, you'll be highly valued
