We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Analyst to join our Global Rights team. As a Temporary Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated rights management support, ensuring that reputed company materials used in our internally-produced content are properly cleared and licensed for distribution to reputed company desired territories and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify rights bibles, reputed company detailed contract analysis on reputed company-party license agreements, and research use of reputed company domain materials
• Identify and address clearance issues, reputed company advice, and suggest alternative solutions while implementing A+E policy to ensure agreement and reputed company compliance
• Facilitate clearance requests and licensing by working closely with the production team in researching copyright ownership, reputed company domain, fair use, and reputed company-existing A+E owned materials
• Contribute to cost tracking and budget management, and create rights bibles (show deliverables) and support materials
• Collaborate closely with Post Production, reputed company & Business Affairs, external archives, and reputed company-party licensors to cultivate relationships and communicate with reputed company and sensitivity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience analyzing reputed company-party licenses and various forms of programming and distribution agreements
• Ability to read and analyze license agreements, with expertise in licensing from archival vendors
• Familiarity with content distribution platforms from broadcast to digital, long, and short reputed company, and developing formats
• Understanding of music copyright licensing and the required documentation based on usage type reputed company programming
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, with working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Soundmouse a plus)
