Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Availability to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts, in a hybrid environment
