Remote Global Site Administrator - American Express

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Site Administrator to support our Client Management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide online tool support, escalation assistance, and general program management, ensuring seamless connectivity between client management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for online travel program requirements and escalate issues as needed
- Function as the primary liaison between client management and service delivery teams
- Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations
- Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to optimize online tool adoption
- Develop and conduct client seminars on online tool usage and best practices
- Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to resolve user issues and ensure timely resolution
- Compile and release Global Monthly scorecard results and support Global Document Delivery
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry and Concur OBT
- Experience with SABRE GDS, Correx, and CONNECT Portal
- Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs
