Senior Product Manager - Amex Offers

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of our Amex Offers platform, a cutting-edge digital marketing solution that empowers our merchant partners to create targeted offers and reach desired customers. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the development of innovative products and experiences that deliver a seamless and collaborative client experience for both merchants and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for leading the development of Amex Offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of new technologies and processes that enhance our platform's capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Amex Offers, a digital marketing platform that enables merchants to create targeted offers and reach desired customers
- Collaborate with Technology to define the architecture and deliver new Amex Offers capabilities and experiences
- Champion collaboration across Products, Plans, Data Science, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Aligning, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Understand the client, both merchant and internal stakeholders, and their unique needs to define features and user stories
- Define automated process flows to optimize the end-to-end Amex Offers workflow in collaboration with marketing, operations, and platform teams
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs
- Partner closely with the customer research and analytics team to integrate customer feedback and metrics into the product roadmap
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, working in lean and agile teams
- Proven ability to self-start, identify opportunities, and work with a high degree of independence
- Experience translating customer data, insights, and feedback into informed product strategies and roadmaps
- Passion for customer experience and technology, with the ability to communicate effectively across data science, design, and engineering
- Experience with customer onboarding and go-to-market is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, is preferred
- Experience working with advertising platforms is preferred
- Experience working with B2B/merchant-facing digital products is preferred
