We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the IOC Organization's workforce planning and analysis capabilities, with a focus on improving functional reliability and reducing costs. You'll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staffing models to analyze workforce needs and provide accurate staffing estimates
- Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to workforce planning issues and develop strategies to improve staffing
- Evaluate operational and financial implications of strategic changes, including flying schedules, work contract agreements, regulatory policies, and technology
- Utilize technology and analytics to automate and improve reporting and other daily processes
- Complete ad-hoc projects and investigations as assigned
- Manage concurrent, multiple, and time-sensitive improvement projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies and solutions for routine processes and strategic projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience working with and presenting to senior management
- Preferred: experience with Excel, SQL, simulation software, and Tableau/PowerBI
- Working knowledge of probability, statistics, and forecasting methods
- Essential airline operations or organizational knowledge (crew, airports, etc.) and understanding of corporate planning process and etiquette
