Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist passengers with booking reservations, changing flights, and processing refunds or cancellations as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments such as reservations, operations, and finance to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems; familiarity with airline ticketing software is an advantage.
