As a Senior Data Insights Architect & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying innovative data solutions that empower our business and enhance our customer interactions. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. You will not only delve into the intricacies of data management and analysis but also directly contribute to fostering strong relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will design and implement data pipelines for diverse data sources, conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover key trends and patterns, develop and test groundbreaking insights, and effectively communicate these findings to stakeholders. You will be a key driver of data-informed strategies, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all data-related initiatives.

Key Work Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define business processes and provide actionable data insights.

Leverage coding skills to analyze complex datasets, design and implement data transformations to address specific business needs, and build and evaluate data models.

Develop scalable, efficient, and automated data processes to support client-facing reporting and analytical needs.

Automate AP processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Communicate verbally and in writing with business clients and stakeholders to share knowledge, insights, and recommendations.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in data warehousing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).

3+ years of experience with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and understanding of their application.

Proven ability to apply statistical and mathematical models in a practical, business-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in a Data Science or Data Analytics role within a large technology organization.
