As an Account Manager within the Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (VSP) group, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the success of Amazon's US retail sellers. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging your analytical skills and negotiation expertise to improve seller performance and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Enterprise Growth: Measure and improve overall performance through data-driven insights and actionable deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to business strategy improvements by identifying key metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Goal Management: Manage and prioritize competing priorities, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the seller ecosystem.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze seller feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance seller satisfaction.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign metrics to drive performance and uncover actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and identify performance drivers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
