A/C Records Administrator (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and verify aircraft maintenance records, including inspection logs, maintenance work orders, and parts records.
- Maintain and update the Allegiant Data System (AIS) to ensure timely completion of required maintenance and compliance with FAA regulations (including Airworthiness Directives).
- Accurately input and review aircraft hours and cycles on Parts Prints, Assignment Cards, Scheduling Requests, Airworthiness Directives, Fleet Mission Orders, and Checks.
- Perform regular quality checks of maintenance logs and support work bundles for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings to maintenance bases.
- Process aircraft for life-limited parts and establish parts in AIS, ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in both electronic and paper formats, adhering to company policy and FAA regulations.
- Maintain records related to aircraft maintenance logs, support reports, and parts retirement.
- Assist with training other staff members as needed.
- Manage purchase requests for the Aircraft Records office.
- Serve as a point of contact for records-related inquiries and new developments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as depicted by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree or higher, or comparable work experience preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in carrier and flight-related documentation or record-keeping/information entry experience.
- Familiarity with industry standards and manuals related to aircraft recordkeeping and maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of Air Transport Association (ATA) coding is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and analysis of electronic data and recordkeeping systems.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Knowledge of carrier support requirements and FAA regulations related to aircraft recordkeeping and maintenance.
- Ability to assist and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
