Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to arrival. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist passengers and their belongings from enrollment through the flight process.
  • Maintain awareness of wheelchair equipment in practical areas.
  • Review passenger boarding records and flight requirements.
  • Adhere to all airline and airport security regulations.
  • Provide accurate information and direction to passengers.
  • Communicate with in-flight teams to coordinate passenger assistance.
  • Assist passengers with accessing restrooms and food vendors as needed.
  • Provide support to hearing or disabled passengers.
  • Ensure all equipment used in your responsibilities is maintained in optimal condition and report any issues.
  • Report any safety concerns or medical issues to management.
  • Participate in passenger security screenings.
  • Take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of passengers, employees, and other personnel.
  • Assist passengers with special needs and assistive devices.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with connecting transportation and airport navigation.
  • Assist with security checks of the ramp to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Support crowd control and line management to facilitate passenger flow.
  • Take direction from leads, supervisors, and other departments to ensure issues are addressed and resolutions are effective.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and make sound decisions to ensure optimal passenger assistance while adhering to timelines.
  • Ensure FAA and Allegiant airport standards are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid to work in the US.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the airline industry.
  • Knowledge of Allegiant Airlines customer service and ground operations procedures.
  • Organized, highly motivated, and possess a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
  • Ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in work assignments.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and general office hardware.
  • Ability to adhere to a strict dress code.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
