The Role:
As the F&B Business Manager, you'll be a key driver of financial success for our Food & Beverage program. You'll be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing strategies to improve profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the F&B program.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, including pricing optimization and cost control.
- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Oversee the F&B budget, monitoring performance and making recommendations for adjustments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the annual planning and budgeting process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance through data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
