Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Manage all aspects of ticketing and reservations for passengers, including baggage tagging and handling.
- Proactively greet customers, assess their needs, and explain Delta's available options.
- Enhance the airport experience by providing helpful assistance and promoting efficient airport operations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal resources to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Perform a variety of tasks as assigned, adapting to changing operational needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and security.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift and move baggage up to 70 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
