Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Agent Manager to drive Medicare Advantage sales growth across South Carolina. In this role, you will be a key partner to our agents and agencies, articulating our unique value proposition, providing ongoing support, and ensuring their success in exceeding sales quotas. You'll leverage your sales expertise and market knowledge to foster strong relationships, resolve challenges, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for new sales and retention within your assigned territory, creating compelling proposals and communications for agents and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with agents and agencies, proactively assessing opportunities and collaborating to resolve issues.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and provide valuable insights to inform sales strategies, preparing and submitting marketing reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.

Logistics

This is a remote position, but you must reside within South Carolina. On-site training may be required, and remote work location approval is subject to management discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in health insurance sales.
  • Prior experience supporting sales during an annual election period.
  • Experience supporting employer groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data compilation.
  • Current and active South Carolina State Insurance License.

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and the marketplace.

Licenses & Certificates

  • Department of Insurance License required within 60 days of hire.
