Account Manager - Remote

As an Account Manager, you will:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales, retention, and productivity goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, enhancing the positioning of our products and services.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our business lines.
- Nurture and grow a profitable book of business through proactive account planning and renewal strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and key issues are addressed.
- Analyze reports and data to provide insights to clients, drive impactful recommendations, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support the successful launch of new products and services.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in Sales and Service, with a strong focus on Account Management.
- Experience conducting complex client conversations.
- Demonstrated success in sales negotiation, support, and reporting.
- Experience with self-funded/stop-loss products within Sales and Service.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Valid Health and Life Insurance License.
