Senior Director, M&A Methodology & Operations

As the Senior Director of M&A Methodology & Operations, you will be a key driver in integrating acquisitions, specifically focusing on Clinical and Drug Adherence value. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate complex situations. You'll collaborate across divisions to ensure successful integration, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and operationalization of integration initiatives for the Clinical and Drug Adherence value class.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term roadmaps with clear pilot programs, evaluation, and scaled execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Connote Wellbeing and CVS Wellbeing teams to gather and synthesize critical information.
- Contribute insights and feedback to optimize integration processes.
- Partner with Corporate Finance to forecast outcomes and track key performance indicators.
- Communicate project updates and adjustments proactively.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in healthcare banking, consulting, or strategic operations.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and analytical abilities.
- Proven operational project management skills to drive business execution and performance.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative problem-solving and strong analytical reasoning.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
