Position Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager for Aeetna, you will be a key advocate for our clients, responsible for ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will build strong relationships, proactively identify and address their needs, and drive adoption of our solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strong communication, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings to assess client needs and provide support.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, support) to resolve client issues.
  • Develop and deliver training and onboarding materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client success.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with client management and customer success principles.
  • Experience in a clinical case/call center environment is a plus.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management is a plus.
  • Experience with health insurance or healthcare is a plus.
  • Ability to travel less than 10% for meetings and training.
