About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as a Healthcare Case Manager! In this remote-based position, you'll play a vital role in managing Federal medical insurance and Long-Term Care lines of business for a valued client. You'll collaborate with our client's Arrangement Chief to drive successful development and execution strategies, ensuring efficient operations and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Federal medical insurance and Long-Term Care cases.
  • Collaborate with the Arrangement Chief on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the implementation of new programs, services, and grant proposals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational frameworks.
  • Contribute to marketing and public relations strategies within state guidelines.
  • Assist in budget planning and variance reporting for assigned regions.
  • Foster strong relationships with provider organizations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with regulatory and state agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in taxpayer-supported initiatives such as Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible programs.
  • Strong understanding of case management systems, value-based agreements, TP/COB, pharmacy claims, network contracting, and provider data.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement programs (NQA and HEDIS) and their impact on case management.
  • Proficiency in credentialing, provider relations, and network development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of Medicaid marketing and community engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and analyze data to develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement, project management, and financial analysis.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in Louisiana, with requirements for current residency or relocation.
  • Hybrid work model (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
  • A relocation package will be considered for qualified candidates.
