As an Admissions Advisor, you'll be an ambassador for our unique educational model, fostering relationships with prospective students and ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent Full Sail University and embody our unique educational philosophy with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Field and qualify prospective students through compliant and engaging interactions, recommending enrollment when they demonstrate strong potential.
- Clearly and accurately explain our educational programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students, parents, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up with prospective students throughout the verification and discovery phases to ensure timely completion of deadlines.
- Maintain accurate student records, dialer dispositions, and other essential data within our shared workflow.
Other Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Full Sail University policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and personnel information.
- Meet company attendance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Computer/Equipment Skills:
- Proficient in using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work is performed in an office environment, requiring extended periods of sitting.
- Regularly required to maintain active communication with customers and employees, access and input information into computer systems, and enter data.
- May be required to bend, reach, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and extended hours, especially during peak enrollment seasons.
