What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Represent the Department in local, state, and national partnerships.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Local Workforce Development Boards/Areas.
• Champion a continuous improvement culture within the team.
• Coordinate with public workforce system partners to implement the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan.
• Manage organizational and interagency dynamics within a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in Workforce Development, Economic Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of long-range and strategic planning concepts.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in Workforce Development, Economic Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Proven facilitation skills.
• Experience managing organizational and interagency dynamics.
