Accounts Receivable Analyst - Collections

About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer credit accounts. Your key responsibilities include:
- Proactively addressing customer inquiries regarding invoices and past-due balances.
- Troubleshooting and resolving billing issues, including purchase orders and statements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Analyzing past-due accounts to identify root causes and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Maintaining accurate customer account files and records.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contributing to special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related customer-facing role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and implement new processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with a collections tool (e.g., GetPaid) is a plus.
- An accounting or business degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Workday offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,800 - $83,800 USD (base pay may vary based on location, experience, and other factors).
