Account Director, RWE Clinical Trials (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead our RWE Clinical Trials business segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the life sciences industry.
Job Summary:
The Account Director will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our scientific research delivery teams, sales operations, finance, and other internal support functions to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in RWE Clinical Trials, including patient recruitment, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT), HEOR, and epidemiological studies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Lead and contribute to the development of proposals, RFP responses, and sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in client account management, sales, or a related field
- Scientific, sales, and marketing background with a concentration in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven track record of developing mid- and high-level business contacts and driving sales growth
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of RWE trends, needs, and industry developments
- Experience with sales automation systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
