Account Development Executive - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Executive to join our team in Kansas. As a key player in our new program launch, you will have the opportunity to drive success and earn a competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits. Job Highlights:
- Competitive pay: $23-$25 per hour
- Bonuses: $200 per partnership, with additional incentives for applications achieved
- Mileage reimbursement: 65.5 cents per mile
- Cell phone reimbursement: $50 per month
- No weekend travel required
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns, presenting and pitching our new program opportunity
- Qualify and guide prospective businesses through the application and vetting process
- Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
- Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community
- Partner with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Field sales experience a plus
- Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers a plus
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and high sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology
