2024 Summer Technical Internship Opportunity

As a Technical Intern, you will be placed in one of our various agencies, working under the supervision of a subject matter expert or Department Supervisor, and assisting in performing work aligned with one of the following tracks: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, IT Help Desk, Technical Operations, Graphic Design, Web Development, Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Project Management, or Technical System Analysis.
Our ideal candidate is a current student or recent graduate pursuing a certificate, licensure, or degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of engineering concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize critical technical issues. About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Assist in performing work aligned with one of the specified technical tracks
- Conduct basic documentation and reporting as needed
- Provide basic end-user support to prevent stakeholder service delays
- Field work and interact with customers
- Prioritize critical technical issues based on stakeholder needs and impact on business needs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information

- Current enrollment in an accredited college program or recent graduate (within 1 year of completion)
