Role Description
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement scalable content strategies aligned with our global targets, product releases, and ideal customer profile.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, compelling copy across various formats, including campaign assets, blogs, emails, annual reports, and long-form content.
- Content Editing: Oversee the quality and consistency of our content, ensuring it is clear, engaging, and valuable to our audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including campaigns, design, product marketing, and field-facing teams, to create cohesive and compelling content pieces.
- Research and Interviews: Conduct thorough research and interviews with customers to gather insights and inform content that resonates with our audience.
- SEO Content Pipeline: Manage the creation and update of SEO-optimized content, working closely with our SEO Strategist and web team.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external contractors and agencies, including budgeting, delivery deadlines, and quality control.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and editing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies, particularly in field services management.
- A clear understanding of how AI can enhance content strategy and a willingness to test and integrate new tools.
- Exceptional content strategy skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of content flow.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for driving business growth through content marketing.
