Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver our cloud-enabled products. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and advocate for modern agile methodologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-enabled products using modern frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and User Experience, to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Advocate for modern agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring the adoption of industry-leading standards
- Lead the translation of requirements into sprint stories and execute on them, delivering high-quality results
- Build quick prototypes to refine concepts and turn them into production-quality features
- Contribute to the evolution of our SDLC and tech stack, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation
Requirements:
- Experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams
- Proficiency in developing and integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, such as Node.js, Typescript, React, Java, APIs, and modern databases
- Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies, including AWS
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (desirable)
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
