Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving user value and platform innovation.

About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of Mozilla accounts, driving growth and user engagement. You will leverage your technical instincts to navigate the complexities of authentication and identity systems, prioritizing features that drive user value and platform innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with Mozilla's goals, mission, and values.
- Drive impact through experimentation, identifying growth levers, and making informed product decisions using data and user insights.
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to maintain a focused, outcome-driven backlog.
- Support internal customers in scaling and growing by investing in new platform capabilities and addressing tech debt.
- Define and monitor key success metrics to measure product performance and course-correct as needed.
- Communicate product direction and progress clearly to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility across the organization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with experience on user-facing products and back-end services.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software architecture.
- Ability to grasp and navigate complexity, breaking down complex problems and aligning teams around clear priorities.
- Proven experience collaborating with UX and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
- A data-driven approach to identifying issues and opportunities, making decisions, setting goals, and tracking progress.
- Curiosity and adaptability, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating with minimal direction, and a desire to learn and develop.
