Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
- Own and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to guarantee high-quality outcomes
- Foster close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define scope, prioritize features, and drive product vision
- Establish and facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote transparency and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, leveraging your expertise to overcome obstacles and ensure uninterrupted delivery
- Provide stakeholders with regular, insightful updates on delivery progress, risks, and milestones, maintaining open communication channels and fostering trust
- Ensure delivery aligns with product goals, quality standards, and business value, driving meaningful outcomes that resonate with our customers
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for best practices, tooling, and processes that enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, such as Product Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager, with a strong background in product development
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with a practical, adaptable approach to delivery
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure
