As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data onboarding for new and existing customers
  • Acquiring data from various sources, including files and databases, and gathering and maintaining data requirements
  • Investigating and identifying issues in data ingestion and processing, and collaborating with the product team to build prototypes for analytical products
  • Working closely with the product and customer teams to understand analytical needs, identify success metrics, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers
  • Developing Tableau analytics and dashboards according to customer needs and internal requirements
  • Coaching and being a resource for other team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Excel), databases (SQL, Postgres, etc.)
  • Experience in Python
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organization and communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with EHRs
  • Experience working on ETL
