Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master (Remote)

In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with all departments, including account, creative, and technology teams, to deliver quality solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include leading scrum ceremonies, creating project timelines, managing creative and development milestones, negotiating scope and schedule with external partners, and maintaining project organization to ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverable dates.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master with a minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects within a technical, Agile development environment. You should be highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high-quality projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical thinking, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead scrum ceremonies and create project timelines
- Manage creative and development milestones and deliverables
- Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external partners
- Foster a collaborative environment that adapts quickly to creative change
- Maintain project organization to ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverable dates
- Partner with development team members to understand opportunities and limitations of solutions
- Remove impediments through discussion with stakeholders and inter-dependent scrum teams
- Manage all deliverables with external vendors
- Provide production and technical knowledge to inform execution decisions
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to track sprint progress
- Manage resources to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Establish common goals across multiple teams and define useful metrics and reporting
- Lead teams of engineers through project completion
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading projects in a technical, Agile development environment
- Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with project documentation and industry best-practices
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of consulting industry experience with strong relationship management and account management experience
- Scrum Master Certifications
- Finance and/or Healthcare experience
- Experience with Global Delivery Model
- Prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements
