Job Description

In this role, you will engage with customers to address their inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide information regarding flight schedules and policies. Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Availability to work under 4 hours per day
