Technical Program Manager - Games Platform

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Games Platform team at Netflix, a leading global entertainment service with over 230 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening our engineering and operational capabilities, driving large-scale cross-functional projects that impact multiple teams within the games product organization and across the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience driving technical programs that deliver results. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to improve our game developer experience, the effectiveness of our game development lifecycle, and Netflix Game Studios' ability to manage operational scale as we grow our games portfolio on mobile and cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects that deliver technical solutions to improve our game development lifecycle experience and operational scale
• Provide deep technical expertise to shape technical strategies with engineering partners
• Drive engagement with partners, work to break down requirements into technical implementation plans with measurable milestones, and proactively manage risks
• Develop clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and management

Requirements:

• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale software projects, managing technical strategies, and building long-term scalable solutions
• Deep understanding of game development lifecycle and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical requirements tailored to the audience
• Self-starter who enjoys tackling complex problem spaces and rapidly bringing organization and direction
