We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Content Strategy & Operations Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of content evaluation and metadata management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and excellence in our content operations, working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Job Summary:

  • Lead global teams of content evaluators, defining and implementing content evaluation strategies that support business objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Content, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Drive innovation in content evaluation, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve workflows and processes.
  • Set vision, goals, and performance standards for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and product leaders to drive progress in content discovery and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure success.
  • Develop and execute content evaluation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, including content metadata, audience engagement, content curation, or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams or teams of managers.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and discovery habits, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience in running global, distributed, and remote-first teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
