Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
  • Oversee the design and development of learning materials, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules
  • Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing learning and development environment
    • Proven success in overseeing the design and development of learning materials
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities
    • Extensive project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

    Preferred Qualifications:

    To stand out as a candidate, you will have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
    • 7+ years as a project manager or project lead in a manufacturing learning and development environment
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Experience with instructional design models and adult learning principles
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various organizational levels
