Call Center Customer Service Collector
We're seeking a highly skilled and personable Call Center Customer Service Collector to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to provide top-notch service to our customers and drive business results.
Job Overview
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a wide variety of customers, receiving inbound calls, and using an outbound dialer system. You will provide excellent customer service, critical thinking, and solution-focused support to our customers, while also educating and arranging repayment schedules to meet department goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Educate customers on repayment options and arrange schedules to meet department goals
- Perform collection activities in accordance with state and local collections laws
