Senior Account Executive (Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Google. About the Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive their success. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet their business objectives. Your expertise in online media, combined with your exceptional relationship-building skills and analytical capabilities, will enable you to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet clients' business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive client success
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with clients, agencies, or sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships at the C-level
- Experience with Google advertising products and platforms
- Ability to work in ambiguity and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal partners
- Ability to define strategies and tactics that deliver client business results, while navigating company and client relationships
