About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams, to communicate with colleagues and contribute to a customer-driven culture

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and research
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
