We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Claims Agent to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a Claims Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless claims processing. About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process claims reputed company email and phone
- Manage emails and incoming phone calls in line with SLAs
- Ensure accurate and reputed company recording of reputed company information collected
- Effectively manage cases, liaising with in-hours teams and ensuring reputed company communication
- Handle incoming post and email, escalating potential fraudulent claims and complaints as necessary
- Contribute to and follow the firm's policy on Treating Customers Fairly
Requirements:
- Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Reliable, with good timekeeping and organisation skills
- Ability to learn and competently use different IT systems
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
