We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Operations Support Associate to join our team at Imagen Technologies, a cutting-edge healthcare startup revolutionizing patient care. As a Weekend Overnight Operations Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and support to our patients, physicians, and internal teams.

Key Highlights:

  • Remote work arrangement with a competitive hourly rate ($24 - $29/hour) and benefits
  • Full-time weekend overnight shift (Friday 6pm to Saturday 8am EDT, Saturday 6pm to Sunday 8am EDT, Sunday 6pm to Monday 8am EDT)
  • 8-week remote training period (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week) outside of regular shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and escalating as needed
  • Triage calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and internal clinicians
  • Monitor clinical systems to ensure operational targets are met
  • Develop application expertise to support physicians, clinical staff, and support staff
  • Facilitate provider communication and collaboration
  • Input data into customer EMR systems and extract data for consult referral programs

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree and 1+ year of experience in healthcare technology support, or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience
  • Recent healthcare experience with EMR systems and ticketing system experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong documentation skills
